Almost 20 years ago, I left my legal career and started teaching yoga. I wanted to share all the beautiful tools, that I have received from my teacher, with others who might be needing them to improve their quality of life. I have also graduated from a Nutrition School to be able to extend the support further into diet and overall lifestyle.
Since 2001 I have lived and worked to empower people in Malaysia, Indonesia, Kenya, Nigeria and now also in Poland.
I founded my own company called Boost by Kasia Gendis, to educate and inspire people through yoga classes, workshops, talks and individual coaching programs. My work brings together all that I have learned on my path to help other women handle stress and their life challenges with more equanimity and ease. In my everyday work as a Holistic Health and Mental Resilience Coach, I help women who suffer from chronic stress, burnout and anxieties to learn how to switch off stress in order to sleep better, breathe better, live better, have more energy and lose weight.
I also help women to break the vicious cycle of weight loss obsession and restricting diets. We work together to change the mindset around body and weight loss. We learn how to nourish the body rather than constantly restrict it. This method brings sustainable results for life. It is all about changing your attitude towards the body.
